Giovanni Castellaneta

Giovanni Castellaneta is member of the Nomination Committee and of the Risk and Operations Committee with Associated Subjects; President of Bizzi & Partners Development LLC, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Castellaneta & Partners; appointed Secretary General of the Adriatic Ionian Initiative (IAI)

Expert in International Legal Affairs and Economics, during his diplomatic career, he held many positions both at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and abroad, Foreign Policy Advisor to the Treasury Minister, Spokesman of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Director of the Office for International Activities of the Italian Regions, and many more.  He has been the diplomatic advisor of the President of the Council. In addition, he was Board Director of Leonardo/Finmeccanica and Vice President.

He has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of SACE, and President of Italfondiario S.p.A.. He also has been the Senior Advisor for Italy of Fortress Investment Group and for Fortress Investment Group,  Chairman of Torre SGR S.p.A., an office that he held also in Milanosesto S.p.A.  From 2015 he is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of doBank;

Francesco Frattini

Franco Frattini is an Italian Magistrate, Justice and Chamber President to the Italian Supreme Administrative Court (Conseil d’Etat). Twice Foreign Minister; Vice-President of the European Commission and Commissioner for Justice, Freedom and Security.

He served as Secretary-General of the Prime Minister’s Office, President of the Parliamentary Committee for Intelligence and Security Services and State Secrets, Minister for Civil Service and for the Coordination of Information and Security Services, he is President of SIOI, a non-profit organization, under the supervision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Special Advisor to the Serbian Government for the EU integration process, and President of the High Court of Sport Justice (CONI); Special Representative of the OSCE.

Francesco Rocca

Francesco Rocca currently he is the highest personality of the IFRC, (International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC); he is the President on voluntary non-paid basis.

He has a strong experience in the legal sector; lecturer at the Business Management Course at the Sapienza University of Rome.

Strong analytic and strategic skills enable him to be involved in several projects as change maker prepared to assume responsibilities and take decisions.  His solution-oriented decision making, coupled with a clear and fair judgement, make him a strong communicator and courageous advocate towards decision makers and media.

Extremely capable to build Alliances & Partnerships, development of budgets and competent Asset & Liability Management are his strongest points.

Giulio Tremonti

Professor at Pavia University Law School, Giulio Tremonti is a senior counsel and senior partner of a Law Firm; visiting professor at the Institute of Comparative Law in Oxford. He has participated in many debates and conferences in Italy and abroad, including: Oxford Union Society; Cambridge Union Society; Humboldt Universität; Chatham House; Freiburg Universität; Yale University; Herzliya Conference; Party School of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.

During his career, he become one of the most revered name in this field.

He is the author of various publications; during his political career, he has been member of the Italian Parliament several times having served as Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Finance, Minister of Economy and Finance and Vice President of the Chambers of Deputies

HRH Istvan Franz von Habsburg

HRH Istvan Franz von Habsburg-Lothringen, Archduke of Austria, Royal Prince of Hungary and Bohemia, currently has several professional interests in the private sector and he hold memberships of many associations); founder and Chairman of the China – Luxemburg bilateral chamber of commerce; member of the bilateral chamber Chile-Luxemburg.

He read and practised Law; fluent in several languages (German, English, Spanish, French, Dutch, Portuguese; also has good knowledge of Italian.

During his professional life he has held roles in various sectors, and, for five years, he was the General Secretary for the Grand Duchy of Luxemburg Administration, dealing, among other tasks, for the Private Family Office of the Grand Duke of Luxemburg.

He held the Visiting Fellowship for the Transatlantic Relationships Centre at the John Hopkins SAIS University, Washington DC.
